<p>We are currently working on an 800 square foot guest house in <a href="http://pacificpostbeam.com/?page_id=91&gt;">Los Olivos</a> , it is a SIP building with a timber frame screen porch and interior timber truss.  We are now cutting the screened porch in the shop.  The SIPs will be delivered the first week of August and will be installed along with the timber in August.  If you would like to visit while the SIPs are being installed please contact us.  We also have timber in the shop for an 8000 square foot barn in <a href="http://pacificpostbeam.com/?page_id=92"> Harmony</a> it will be built over the summer and fall.  Our work on the south-west home in <a href="http://pacificpostbeam.com/?page_id=86"> San Miguel</a>  is almost finished.  The guest house is complete and the client in moved in.  All of the framing and timber work are complete, windows and doors are installed, dry wall is hung and taped, and the custom doors by <a href="http://gardnerwoodworking.com/index.html">Rich Gardner</a> will be installed soon.  We will soon be starting design on a home in Kensington and we are working on a design for two pergolas in Calabasas.</p>
