We are still working on the 8000 square foot barn in Harmony .  The windows are in, stucco well on the way ready for doors and finishes.  We are ordering the timber for the Japanese shrine soon.

The design of the home in Kensington is coming along, waiting in architectural review.  We have a truss project coming up in Arroyo Grande end of September.   Also coming up are SIP projects in Atascadero and Nipomo.  The 1200 square foot patio cover in Glendora is being delivered tomorrow and we will be on site there for two or three weeks.  The design for the project in  Morgan Hill is also moving along.

   The SIP and Timber Los Olivos guest house is complete and move in was last week.  The general contractor, Rob Davidson, did a great job with the finish of the home.

We have delivered the timber for the 8000 square foot barn in Harmony and as can happen, it is a little behind schedule.  Now that timber is on site we are having the heaviest rains here in years.  We are hoping and planing to be working on site next week.  Our work on the south-west home in San Miguel  is finished except for the stairs.  The custom doors by Rich Gardner have been installed and the floors, cabinets and finishes are under way.  The design of the home in Kensington is well on the way and construction is planed for spring / summer 2010.  Also planed for summer 2010 are projects in Carpenteria, Moorpark and Morgan Hill.

We are currently working on an 800 square foot guest house in Los Olivos , it is a SIP building with a timber frame screen porch and interior timber truss.  We are now cutting the screened porch in the shop.  The SIPs will be delivered the first week of August and will be installed along with the timber in August.  If you would like to visit while the SIPs are being installed please contact us.  We also have timber in the shop for an 8000 square foot barn in Harmony it will be built over the summer and fall.  Our work on the south-west home in San Miguel  is almost finished.  The guest house is complete and the client in moved in.  All of the framing and timber work are complete, windows and doors are installed, dry wall is hung and taped, and the custom doors by Rich Gardner will be installed soon.  We will soon be starting design on a home in Kensington and we are working on a design for two pergolas in Calabasas.
