This 2035 square foot single story timber frame and SIP home is in Nevada City California.  Pacific Post & Beam raised the timber frame portion of the house, the great room and master suite.  The owner / contractor will enclose the timber frame and build the guest wing with SIPs and do the finish work.  Design by Pacific post & Beam based on preliminary drawings provided by the client.
