Friends:

The scissor truss project for Carmel is in the shop, the reclaimed timber trusses will be delivered April 11 weather permitting.

The stucco is done and roofing complete,  gutters are on the 8000 square foot barn in Harmony .    We are ordering the timber for the Japanese shrine soon.

Also coming up is a timber deck and stairway in Pacific Grove that will ship in spring 2011.

We have three structural SIP projects coming up in San Miguel,  Atascadero and Nipomo, San Miguel is in design, Nipomo and Atascadero are permitted and ready to go.   The plans for the Timber / SIP hybrid project in Kensington are off to the engineers, plan to build in 2011. The design for the timber frame home in  Morgan Hill is in engineering.
