The scissor trusses in Carmel have been installed, the reclaimed timber trusses came out beautiful, the cedar decking is on and the insulam panels have been installed.  There are new photos on the website.

Also coming up in the Monterey area is a timber deck and stairway in Pacific Grove that will ship in spring 2011.

We have three structural SIP projects coming up in San Miguel,  Atascadero and Nipomo, San Miguel is in design, the SIPs are on site in Nipomo and Atascadero is permitted and ready to go in July.   The plans for the Timber / SIP hybrid project in Kensington are almost complete for submittal and plans are to build in summer 2011. The design for the timber frame home in  Morgan Hill is in engineering and also scheduled for construction 2011.
