The Kensington SIP / timberframe project foundation is under construction, the SIPs will be delivered and we will be on site November 7th, timber to follow.  The SIP home in Nipomo is dried in, roofing, siding, interiors are underway.   The Atascadero home SIPs up to second floor walls.  We have a timber frame barn / garage in plan check to be built in Portola Valley fall 2011.  The Morgan hill project is in plan check, hope to build spring 2012.  We are also in the planning / design process for a SIP home and foreman’s quarters on a ranch in San Miguel.
