The Kensington SIP / timberframe project is underway, SIPs are being installed, timber to follow.  We are hoping for a dry weather to finish by the end of December. The SIP home in Nipomo is dried in, roofing, siding, interiors are underway.   The Atascadero home SIPs are all installed.    The Morgan hill project is moving along, hope to build spring 2012.  We are also in the planning / design process for a SIP home and foreman’s quarters on a ranch in San Miguel and have several truss and SIP projects in the planning process.
