Friends:

We will be at the Santa Barbara Earth Day Festival at the Green Home Pavilion April 17th & 18th, We will have a sample 4′ x 8′ Premier SIP on display and lots of information about Premier SIPs. please stop by if you are the area. 

We are on site at the 8000 square foot barn in Harmony and the second floor and lower roof timbers are in and the second floor decking is in.  We will start on the upper timber structure next week.  

We are finishing the stairs in the south-west home in San Miguel  this week.  The cabinets and doors by Rich Gardner have been installed and the floors and painting are finished.  

The design of the home in Kensington is well on the way and construction is planed for spring / summer 2010.  We are starting a truss project in Paso Robles soon and a pool side pergola in Pacific Palisades.   Also planed for summer 2010 are a 900 square foot patio cover in Glendora and  projects in Carpenteria, Moorpark and Morgan Hill.
