The frame for the addition in Templeton went up without a problem, it’s dried in and being finished by Semmes and company builders.

The scissor truss project in Carmel is coming up soon, the reclaimed timber will be in the shop in the next few weeks.

We are still working on the 8000 square foot barn in Harmony .  The stucco is done and roofing near complete,  gutters are on.  We are ordering the timber for the Japanese shrine soon.

Also coming up is a timber deck and stairway in Pacific Grove that will ship in early spring 2011.

We have two structural SIP projects coming up in Atascadero and Nipomo.   The plans for the home in Kensington are off to the engineers, plan to build in 2011. The design for the project in  Morgan Hill is in engineering.
