These 7 hammer beam trusses were built from recycled Douglas fir timber from an old grain elevator in eastern San Luis Obispo County.  They were installed in a new custom home in Paso Robles, Ca.  August of 2017.  The design process was a little different, we drew it 6 different ways and built two prototypes, the second prototype is the one that was built.  The architect is Pults & Associates.  General contractor is Mike Donovan Construction.
