This 3,600 square foot Premier SIP home was built in 2012 in Nipomo Ca.  All of the wall SIPs  for the 2800 square foot first floor, the 2nd floor framing and the upper SIP wall installation took 200 man hours.  The main roof SIPs, 3000 square feet of 10″ panels, took 3 men one day to install with a crane.  Designed by architect R. W. Russom of Arroyo Grande, it is an owner contractor project, Premier SIPs provided by Pacific Post & Beam.
