This duplex in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles is a conventionally framed four story building.  We typically have not built stick frame homes but the opportunity arose for us to act as general contractor and for our LA crew to build it.  All custom woodwork, barn doors and stairs by our LA foreman, Tyler Turney.  The architect is Green City Building.
