The hammerbeam truss project in Davis was erected March first. The trusses went up with no problems and we got some good photos. The trusses were designed by Buck’s Drafting and Design.
We will be building four new modern style SIP homes in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles in 2013, the first two are permitted and the SIPs are in the Pacific Post & Beam’s shop cut and ready for delivery. If all goes well on site we will be building in Late April or May.
The Nevada City timber frame and SIP home will be built in 2014, design by Pacific Post & Beam, plans are at the engineers.
We have a 4200 Square foot home planed for construction in Morgan Hill. It is a full timber frame with Sip enclosure. It is planed for construction in 2013, design by Pacific Post & Beam.
