The  24 x 36 barn from up state New York has been erected in Atascadero, Ca. for American Barn and Wood.The enclosure is under way.

The new SIP home on Mountain View in LA will be ready for the client to move in by the end of the month.

The new SIP home on Alvarado in LA is framed up and mechanical and plumbing are under way.

The first two SIP homes in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles are finished, we have three more under construction close by. 

The timber frame in Nevada city was raised in August and the SIPs are installed.  The home is a timber frame SIP hybrid, the center section of the home is a timber frame, the home also has a timber master bedroom, entry and rear porch.

We are restoring and rebuilding a 24′ x 36′ barn from up state New York for American Barn and Wood in Atascadero, Ca. The frame was erected September 25, 2014.

The first two SIP homes in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles are finished, we have three more under construction close by.  The SIP home in Malibu is also finished.

WE just put up a timber frame for a SIP hybrid home in Nevada city and the owner builder is installing SIPs now.  We will be back on site in a couple of weeks to finish the timber porches.

We have several other SIP and timber projects coming up including rebuilding a mid west hand hewn timber frame barn for a project in Atascadero.

We have timber in the shop for five trusses that will be installed in a new custom home in Arroyo Grande, Ca.  We are also starting design for a new SIP home in Santa Margarita, Ca. that will be built in the spring of 2014.

We have a 4200 Square foot home planed for construction in Morgan Hill.  It is a full timber frame with Sip enclosure.  It is planed for construction in 2013, design by Pacific Post & Beam.

The hammerbeam truss project in Davis was erected March first. The trusses went up with no problems and we got some good photos.  The trusses were designed by Buck’s Drafting and Design.

We will be building four new modern style SIP homes in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles in 2013, the first two are permitted and the SIPs are in the Pacific Post & Beam’s shop cut and ready for delivery.  If all goes well on site we will be building in Late April or May.

The Nevada City timber frame and SIP home will be built in 2014, design by Pacific Post & Beam, plans are at the engineers.

The timber is in the shop for the hammerbeam truss project in Davis, the trusses will be ready to ship March 14th. The raising date in not set, the contractor is working on the foundation.  The trusses were designed by Buck’s Drafting and Design.

We will be building four new modern style SIP homes in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles in 2013, the first one is through the plan check and the SIPs will be delivered to Pacific Post & Beam’s shop for cutting March 18th.  If all goes well on site we will be building in Late April of May.
